Meagan Marmon

 

Meagan Marmon began dancing in 2005 during her freshman year at Apollo High School. Within her 4 years there she choreographed numerous pieces as well as assisted the intermediate classes her senior year. Meagan was the President of the Dance Program and upon graduation was awarded Dancer of the Year for the 2008-2009 year. She was also apart of the cheerleading squad at Apollo for 3 years, where she led the team as Captain and competed with her squad at the UCA Regional competition.

 

After graduating, Meagan began training in jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop and tumbling under the instruction of Regina Owens-Snyder at Encore Dance Center. Her participation in The Pulse dance convention and studying at The Edge, International Dance Academy and Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, CA has also assisted in her dance training.

 

Meagan is currently a full time student at Arizona State University where she is an Interdisciplinary Studies major with a minor in Dance and Education; graduating in May 2015. She now guest choreographs at various high schools in the Valley to develop her dance career as well as present her love for dance to the students.
